Through the work of the Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood's Employment Network and Business Advisory Council, The Collective brings together job seekers, employers, and those that support job seekers.

LCBDD is planning to launch a Job Club in 2026! Job Club would be led by individuals who are eligible for county board services with support from the LCBDD Employment Navigation team.
Any county board eligible individual who is currently working, has prior work experience, is seeking work or wants to learn more about working in the community would be encouraged to attend Job Club and should provide their input using the link below.
