A number of local companies from a variety of industries engage with LCBDD and The Collective to promote and strengthen inclusive employment in Lake County. Whether company representatives attend quarterly Business Advisory Council meetings, the company employs individuals with disabilities, or the company participates in biannual job fairs, their engagement enhances opportunities for job seekers.
